Furthermore, there are options for adding SEER/R-410A Modifications (seasonal energy efficiency ratio), GreenPlus coverage (replacement of systems or appliances with ENERGY STAR qualified products), as well as OrangePlus (which increases the value of professional series appliances up to $2,000, increases toilet replacement up to $600, includes a water softener, and covers the cost of removing defective equipment). 

In addition, both plans allow you to choose a higher Trade Call Fee to reduce your monthly payment. 

Package Details:The company offers two plans: Premier and Premier Plus. Both plans cover over 20 different appliances and systems in your home. The Premier Plus plan adds coverage for an air conditioning system.
