I had two guys come and perform a vent cleaning. The team was awesome. They were courteous, professional, and dedicated to finishing the job right and leaving my house (including the vents) cleaner than they found it. They took the quality of their work personally and and put lots of effort into doing the job right. Great job!

My son graduated from Zionsville High School, and we were having a graduation party for him. My home carpet was very dirty and I had very little time to find someone who would show up on short notice and do a great job. Allen came to my house the same day and cleaned my living/family/dining rooms. I was blown away by the cleaning and professional manner in which it was done! I have recommended Carpet Clean Indy to my neighbor, and I will to anyone who needs carpet cleaning!

superb job

We were looking for a top-to-bottom cleanup of our ducts and dryer vent, and we received a super job. Jose, our tech, did a superb job. Not only did he manage to reach some difficult places because of the strange configuration of our house, but he solved the mystery of why our dryer was regurgitating so much lint. There were two dead starlings in the vent—a top-notch professional job.

they refused to come

Coit arrived and were very punctual and courteous. However, there were more new stains on my carpet after they left… and after contacting them three or four times they refused to come to fix the stains. Consider avoiding this company. Terrible job. Worse customer service.

Can’t recommend

Be advised that they charge $150 for completing estimates if you don’t accept their estimates. That’s super shady. Can’t recommend a company that operates like that.

They did not do a good job

They did not do a good job. I went over my floor after them and still picked up dirt. Was better of using a steam mop and saving myself money. Would never use again.
